Japan Overseas Cooperation Volunteers (JOCV) is a program of ODA, dispatching volunteers to developing countries. Osaka JOCV Alumni Association is a group of Ex-volunteers in Osaka area, they are working for international understanding programs in Osaka area.
Takoyaki is a soul food of Osaka in Japan. This design mixed Takoyaki shape and Earth, this design follows their slogan "Connecting world and local".
